If location is truly everything, then this is the ideal apartment for you! This apartment is close to the red, brown and purple express lines. The 37 and 66 buses stop right outside. At the same time, it is only 1.5 miles from the NU law and medical schools. It's even closer to Loyola Business School and has easy access to the Loop.
The unit itself is gorgeous. The kitchen features a gas-range and full-size appliances, as well as an in-unit washer/dryer. There is excellent natural sunlight throughout the unit. In addition to indoor amenities, there is also a private, outdoor deck that overlooks the street. The neighborhood is well-kept and very pet-friendly.
The bedroom measures 9'x10'. There is a large closet with built-in organization. The bathroom is directly across the hallway. Internet, electricity, gas and water are included. This is the perfect choice for someone looking to live nicely, yet economically.
