We are currently 2 guys and 1 girl (graduate students at CMU, 2 studying CS and 1 music, respectively) and are looking for one more roommate for a 4BR/2-bathroom apt. in Shadyside (Fifth Ave. and Clyde St.). The place is brand new and is still under construction (will be finished around end of July). The lease will begin August 1 and is 1 year long. $700/month + utilities (water/sewage, electric, internet divided equally over all 4 ppl). Note that the available bedroom will actually be the "study/den" shown in the bottom right corner of the floorplan. Perks: -Private washer and dryer located inside the apartment -Location is also very convenient, as it is < 1 mi. from CMU and UPitt. Also right off the street from the 71B/D busline. -Spacious living room -Brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances -Efficient electric heating system (should keep heating costs low) -Central court garden patio -Off street parking available We're looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and friendly. Both of us tend to be busy most of the week but like to go out with friends and have a good time on weekends.
