Utilities are normally under $100 per month, includes cable, gas, electric, cleaning. Household supplies are split evenly: Paper towels, phone for buzz in, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, gas for the grill, etc. Parking: A parking pass for the street comes with the room, or underground parking available for an extra $100 a month.
