Also, the leasing agency requires us to add you to the lease, and they will perform a background check. The house is two levels and comes with an assigned parking space in front, and an enclosed yard in back. There is a living room, dining room, kitchen, nook, half bath, closet, and laundry room on the first floor. The second floor has the three bedrooms, a full bath, and a closet. You'll be living with Paul and Edward. Paul is retired and currently a full time student. He likes to cook and is planning to get a dog. Edward is a freelancer and a film student.
