The lease started Aug 2, the building has a laundry room, off street parking (for an additional additional fee), and an elevator.Landlord pays for water&garbage. The apartment is unfurnished with new carpet.\n If there are four people in the apartment,the rent would be maximum $550/person (possibly less). Your deposit would be equal to a month's rent.
