To Sublet: Master Bedroom with Ensuite on Fir and 12th for $850/month September - December 2012
I'm moving to Tokyo for 4 months in September and am looking for someone to take my room in a 1,000 sf.ft. two bedroom apartment. It's the Master Bedroom with Ensuite, lots of storage and huge windows. We're on Fir and 12th, so there are lots of amenities in the vicinity. It would be ideal for a student because we are right on the B-Line too. It's about a 30min bike ride to UBC. 10th Floor in a 12 story building, and there are no other tall buildings around so there's a great view out to English Bay and the mountains. REALLY great actually! We've spent a lot of effort making it a great place to live, so we're looking for someone who is very respectful and will take care of it while I'm gone.
