I just moved here from California and I rented a two bedroom two bathroom apartment and I think it is too much space for me. I'm looking to rent out the extra bedroom to a cool easy going girl. We would split the rent and I wouldn't charge a deposit. I am 27 years old and I have a professional job as a Paralegal. I am funny and I think I'm pretty down to earth. I have a California beach girl attitude. I am very friendly and super chill. I would like to share an apartment with someone with a similar personality. I work Monday through Friday and I am outgoing. I like to go out and have drinks occasionally. I do not like living alone, my whole family and my friends are back in California and it would be nice to have some company. I'm very open minded too. It's ok if you smoke as long as its outside. The place is approximately 1200 square feet. Has walk in closets, washer/dryer, dishwasher, ac, two pools, gym, valet trash service, and other amenities. Basic cable and valet trash service are included in rent. We would split the electrical which I don't will be much since I do not use much. I have yet to get a bill so I do not know an estimate. We could discuss and work out if its necessary. I don't mind if you have people over or like to party, just can't over do it because I plan to stay here for awhile and don't want problems there. The community is very young so I have been told there aren't really any noise complaints or anything. FYI - because I am from San Diego, once in awhile my brother, friend or cousin may come to visit for a couple days but would stay in my room and won't bother my roommate. My family is super cool and chill too. Just looking for someone who is down to earth and friendly and would like to save money too.
