Hey potential roommate! We are a young couple with bedroom up for rent and we are looking for someone to fill that void. The situation: You would be taking the main bedroom, and we would be taking the living room. How this works? We are incredibly busy students who are barely home weekdays (basically just to sleep). So anytime we are not home/ are cool with it, you have full access to the living room and TV, as well as your own private bedroom. So you might be wondering what you would get for your hard earned $730? Well not only do you get to live with two pretty cool people you also get; utilities, internet, board games, video games, a home cooked meal every now and then, laundry in the building and use of the full apartment. Now on to the hard part, what we expect from you, basically we are looking for someone who is under 30, sociable, has a job and can prove it (or the finances and can prove it), and is fun. You can spend as little or much time as you want in the apartment bring friends over or throw a party (a respectable party). Our building unfortunately doesn't allow pets, but if you have an aquarium pet that's okay. The bedroom has a large double closet and windows that have a view to English Bay, the room it's self has enough space for any size bed, a dresser, desk, etc. If this sounds like the kind of place you would like to call home let us know and we can meet up and see the place (we will be selecting our roommate based on compatibility).
