One of the two bedrooms is available immediately and both will be available for the summer of 2015 from May 1st - September 1st.
The cost of rent is $590 per room or $1180 for the whole apartment and is available furnished or unfurnished upon request.
The unit has a large balcony, hardwood floors and on-site laundry as well as a pool in the complex below for those hot summer days.
