Martello Tower is a 32 storey, 220 unit high-rise rental apartment building located on the northeast corner of Beach Ave and Thurlow Street in Vancouver, BC. The building is a unique round structure, with the units all offering the same layout on either the lower or upper portions of the building. All the residential units on the second through twenty second floors are one-bedroom and offer one bathroom and one balcony. There are two floor plan options. All the residential units on the twenty third through thirty second floors offer six units per floor, with four two-bedroom units and two one-bedroom units. The two bedroom units have one and one-half bathrooms and no balcony. There are two floor plan options.
