Each apartment has washer/dryer hookups, with stackable washers and dryers available to rent through SNS Management. Our apartments have been completely upgraded, with premium vinyl flooring and plush carpeting throughout. You'll also have access to fully equipped kitchens that feature dishwashers and built-in microwaves. In addition, we have additional storage options available for rent, ensuring you have plenty of space to store all of your belongings. Forest Meadows is a pet-friendly community! With an additional monthly fee and a refundable pet deposit, we're happy to accommodate. A security deposit is required, with residents responsible for gas and electricity through Duke Energy, while water utilities are paid to SNS Management on an individual basis.
