Pets cannot exceed 40 lbs. at full growth (If pet is a breed that is known to exceed 40 lbs. at full growth it will not be allowed). • Pet(s) must be spayed/neutered • Pet(s) must be up to date on all immunizations • Veterinarian documentation is required. All residents, regardless of pet status, are required to create and maintain a Pet Screening account throughout the entirety of their lease.
