All apartments have access to a communal laundry room on site with coin-operated machines, and share the yard space in front of the property. THIS APARTMENT DOES NOT COME WITH AN ASSIGNED PARKING SPACE. If you have a car, you will need to park on the street. Our apartments are rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings or A/C units in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen. APPROXIMATE ROOM DIMENSIONS: Living room = 11'4" x 10'5" Bedroom = 8'10" x 12'6" Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat.
