We charge $45/hour for maintenance during business hours, and $67.50/hour after business hours and on weekends. Each apartment has its own entrance off the shared deck. There is a fireplace in the living room of each unit. This apartment has one assigned parking space in back off the alley. Approximate room dimensions: Living room = 10'8" x 13'6" Bedroom = 9'11" x 8'9" Our apartments are rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings or A/C units in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen. There is a working fireplace in the living room. Half deposit due at signing, can setup payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat.
