At Solaire, you'll find yourself at the center of a dynamic lifestyle. The price listed reflects base rent only. In addition, residents are responsible for a one-time application fee of $22, a $300 administration fee, a $500 refundable security deposit, a $20 new account fee, and a $15 final account fee—all per unit. Monthly fees include $6 for pest control and a $5 utility administration fee. If applicable, there is a one-time, non-refundable pet deposit of $300 per unit, plus a monthly pet rent of $35. Parking is available for $35 per month for a second approved vehicle, and optional garages can be rented for $125 per month. Utilities are not included in base rent. Residents are responsible for valet trash service at $21 per month, as well as electricity and water/sewer, both of which vary based on usage.
