Spacious & affordable 2 bedroom 1 bath unit ready for move-in! This is a 2nd floor unit. The monthly rent is $1217.00 for a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. The deposit is equal to 1 month's rent on approved credit. We offer a payment plan for the security deposit if needed. We also work with a 3rd party provider, Obligo to offer a low cost security deposit alternative. Cat only property, up to 2 pets per household maximum. Pet profiles/screenings required. This will determine pet fees/deposits. Pet rent is $30 per pet per month. We require that the household makes 3x of the rent in income every month. We require screenings for all applicants over the age of 18. We screen for criminal, credit and evictions. Water/Sewer/Garbage is $75.00 per month. Electricity is billed through the City of Richland per your use. We are a nonsmoking property. Renter's insurance is required.
