This is a large property with a large common-area back deck looking east towards Cayuga Lake (view is mostly trees though!). Apartment is unfurnished; tenant pays electricity; landlord pays heat and hot water. Big windows and lots of natural light. Tile and hard floor throughout, newer kitchen with dishwasher, ample closet space. Off-street parking included. This is a good intermediate location between Ithaca and Watkins Glen or even Ithaca and Trumansburg. There is plenty of room on the property for tenants to have a garden. Landlord pays for heat, garbage, and water/sewer. Tenant pays for electric, which includes hot water. Security deposit equal to one month's rent is due at signing of lease, first month's rent is due prior to move-in. Rent will be prorated for whatever portion of the first month remains; rent due on the 1st of the month after that. We are flexible on the terms of the lease but we prefer the lease to end in the summer, so ~6 month and ~18 month leases are possible.
