Parking is phenomenal. There is a parking lot and street parking which is plentiful. Pets are not allowed unfortunately. Let me tell you a little bit about what the lease will entail. This particular lease is still active, therefore you will be taking over my lease. The unit is available on March 1 but I am looking to move out ASAP. If you move in before March 1 then February will be prorated and you will owe the difference for February back to me since I have paid it already.
