WIlliam Penn Commons offers 39 affordable apartments units, utilities included, for older adults. INHP owns the building, West Indianapolis Development Corporation serves as its property management company, and both are committed to keeping rent prices affordable for eligible residents. These apartments are also connected to the Mary Rigg Community Center, which offers community programming, including a food pantry, free meals, financial planning and more.
