To secure the lease, we require first and last month's rent along with a $1,000 security deposit, totaling $3,000. We will hold the unit for up to 1 week with the deposit, at which time the remainder would be due and keys would be given. Deposit is non-refundable if remainder is not paid in 1 week or if you choose not to move in.
