Tenants only pay electric and any cable/internet they choose (options include fiber, cable, and a low cost wifi option). Cats allowed (sorry, no other pets!). Shared laundry room, onsite building manager. Coming available the first week of December. The apartment is currently occupied, so we're limited to weekday showings between 9am and 4pm.
