Up to two pets are allowed. Pet dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted. Dogs and cats have a $500 one-time fee per pet and $25 monthly pet rent per pet. Service and assistance-animal requests are reviewed separately without pet charges. The application fee is $50 per applicant and is non-refundable. Credit and verified household income are reviewed together; income should generally be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent, with additional requirements depending on credit.
