Phi Chi is not a “fraternity” in the typical sense. Both men and women can be members and there is no rush or pledge period. The property sits on the banks of the scenic Huron River, and overlooks the famed Nichol’s Arboretum. Residents of the Psi Chapter not only appreciate living in a community with other medical students, but also the retreat afforded by an individual apartment. The facilities include both one and two bedroom apartments with full kitchens and bathrooms. No Pets Allowed
