For the HUD assisted townhomes, Rent and Security Deposit are based on 30% gross monthly income. For a HUD 1-bedroom, rent ranges from $0-865, and the security deposit ranges from $25-1,034. For a HUD 2-bedroom, rent ranges from $0-1,015, and the security deposit ranges from $25-1,217. For a HUD 3-bedroom, rent ranges from $0-1,250, and the security deposit ranges from $25-1,467. Rental Assistance for HUD units is available for all qualified applicants. For Market units, the rent for a 1-bedroom is $865 plus security deposit of $865, for a 2-bedroom rent is $1,015 plus security deposit of $1015, and for a 3-bedroom rent is $1,250 plus security deposit of $1250. Property-based Rental Assistance is not available for Tax Credit units; however, Section 8 vouchers are accepted for Market units.
