Commuting into NYC is a snap on either the ferry (which is right next door - 10 minute ride into the city and management will give you 10 free tickets upon taking over our lease) or the NJ transit buses (20 minute ride to port authority if light traffic/longer during rush hour). Apartment has washer/dryer in unit (so convenient, I love it,) a full kitchen, spacious living room with bay windows, large bedroom, one bathroom with entry from both bedroom and foyer, and three closets (one quite large). Other perks: Internet, cable, and HBO are all included in rent! Free gyms on premises! Free pools on premises for summer months! Free for your use business center with printer/scanner, and conference room Large on-site movie theater you can use with friends! Pool table/lounge area Concierge/doorman There is an attached garage - a parking space does cost extra, we never had one so I'm not sure of the exact price.
