We have a very quiet, comfortable property here on the shores of Lake Erie. Our 1 and 2 bed room suites are very roomy. 1 beds are 775 Sq. Feet and the 2 beds are 925 Sq. Feet. Our kitchens are captain kitchens, stove and fridge on one side and sink on the other. Large living room with wall to wall carpet, or hard wood floors. We have a linen closet, a coat closet, and a bed room closet for your storing needs. Bath rooms are updated with vanity, refinished tubs and updated tile flooring. We provide blinds, and A/C unit and ceiling fans in the dining room and all appliances. We pay the heat, cooking gas, garbage and sewer. We accept small pets for an additional fee.
