The property has nice open grass areas to relax, a playground, off-street parking with a designated spot, and coin laundry on-site. Our tenants love living in the quiet and safe park like setting, but still having easy access to shopping and highways. With many nice homes and parks nearby, you'll see lots of people taking evening strolls and kids riding around on bikes. With on site management, maintenance is prompt. Units include wall to wall hard wood floors, real wood cabinets, and even a walk in closet! Heat, water, hot water, trash and sewage are included with rent. Our tenants only spend $25/month on average for their utilities! Cats and small dogs (less than 40 lbs) are welcome. Right now deposit is only $300 with good credit and landlord references! All tenants must pass thorough background check and meet the following guidelines: -Income from current pay stubs must be at least three times the monthly rent. We do not accept section 8, but do accept some other voucher programs. -No evictions in the past 5 years -Must have good references or good credit. Former landlord references preferred. -No felonies in the past 7 years and NO sex offenses ever. -An application fee is required for the full background and criminal check that will be run as part of the application. If you pay with a credit card, it is $12. If you have to pay in cash it is $20.
