We have done a real nice job remodeling those units at 401 N. D Street in Eloy. We also have free wi-fi for everyone in the complex with a best in class 100MB Fiber Optic connection through Lumen and a GREAT playground for the young or young at heart. The property is also now landscaped as well. Vee can show them pretty much anytime – Vee is at 520-221-6109. The posted rental rate is discounted by $100 per month for standard lease with no modifications and do not include Utilities.
