This 2nd floor, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with full sized washer and dryer, WiFi, Cable offers a unique design and decor that is comfortable and enjoyable. Conveniently located in Old Town Scottsdale just south of Camelback Rd., it’s in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. The balcony has a gorgeous view of the pool. The pool area includes a Hot Tub and has many tables, umbrellas, lounge chairs, and barbecue grills. The complex has a large clubhouse and fitness facility. This nicely decorated unit features tile throughout kitchen, living room, dining room and bathrooms with carpet in the bedrooms. The full size kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and upgraded cabinets along with complete cooking utensils. The living room has 2 couches, a flat screen tv and a stereo that plays cds, dvds, and ipod or other mp3 player. Master bedroom has comfortable queen size bed and a flat screen tv with built in dvd player. The guest room has two twin size beds along with a large tv and dvd player. This unit has cox expanded cable, internet, phone w/ answering machine, and designated covered parking, This rental is in the heart of Old Town and is just minutes to many world-class restaurants, golfing, biking, hiking, and even catch a Spring Training game, shopping at Fashion Square (Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, etc), and the famous Fifth Ave Shops. Only 15 minutes to Sky harbor Airport. Indian School Park & Tennis Center is right next to the Condo and there are free Basketball Courts as well as Indian a 50½-acre park that has 2 large ramadas, 4 small ramadas, 4 sand volleyball courts, 2 lighted basketball full courts, a playground, restrooms, horseshoes, 13 tennis and 4 racquetball courts, a lake, 4 baseball fields, shuffleboard and bocce ball. This vacation rental includes: -Linens, fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils and dishes, refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer and dryer inside the unit, has a community pool, community grill near pool, starter kits of toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent and paper towels. This unit is also pet friendly with approval from management. This complex has size and pet breed restrictions. You will be required to pay a non-refundable pet fee of $150-$300. You will be required to pay a $125 - $250 cleaning fee depending on length of stay, $99 non-refundable damage waiver and a security deposit starting at $500. The length of your stay and the size of the unit will determine the amount of the security deposit. The Security Deposit is to cover any electricity bills over $100/month. The owner will pay up to $100 of the bill. This is only applied to tenants whose stay is 21+ days during the summer months of May-October. Anything we do not use, we refund back to you after you check out. No Cats Allowed
