Under new ownership and management, the early part of 2014 saw an expansion to offer not only nightly and weekly hotel rates, but affordable 3+ month corporate options for those guests in Tooele on business, internships or other commitments where an apartment type lodging is preferred. Corporate leases include all utilities, fully furnished units right down to the silverware and affordable, full service laundry and apartment cleaning options. The Kirk also offers regular 6+ month leases for the more permanent resident. Our units include comfortably furnished hotel rooms equipped with microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and toaster from $65-$75 per night or $375 per week for a $150 discount. For apartment living, we offer regular and deluxe studios with full kitchens and regular or deluxe one and two bedroom residences.
