The monthly rent is $1,250.00 in addition to utilities and a security deposit of $1,250.00 due at move-in. The unit comes with full kitchen appliances and a washer/dryer hook up. There is also a non-refundable $55 application that will cover a criminal background check, credit, and verification of employment. . We do not accept any government programs and or Section 8 vouchers.
These units are also pet friendly but require a $500 non-refundable pet fee for a dog and a $250.00 for a cat. Nothing over 30 lbs. Two Max.
