?Applicants must not have any evictions or judgments from landlord filed against them.
?Applicants should have a good credit history and will be verified through a credit reporting agency.
?Applicants can be denied for felony charges, history of bad checks, civil judgments, past due accounts, and judgments or debts for money owed to landlords, and utility companies.
?Applicants must agree to a public record search to reflect a threat to real property or other residentsā enjoyment of the property. Sec 31.11(5)
