If you are looking for a BIG house, this is the house for you. This house at one point had been split into a du-plex with two 2 bedroom apartments. We have turned it back into a 5 bedroom house. There are two bedrooms on the main floor and 3 bedrooms on the second floor. The kitchen is large with plenty of space for a dinning room table. The living room is very large with lots of space for family and friends to gather. All of the bedrooms are large with closets. The two bathrooms both have tub short combinations. The second floor bathroom has a claw foot tub which also has the ability for showering. The washer and dryer are on the main floor in the laundry room off the kitchen. There is a garage but it is not a large garage. A small vehicle could fit in the garage, but a large truck would not fit. Pets are allowed with a $750 pet deposit and $25 pet rent per animal. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent. Our Renting Process: 1.
