Apartment complex with quick and easy access to Highway 37, providing a direct freeway drive to downtown Corpus Christi. Complex is next door to one of Corpus Christi's largest parks, Guth Park. The park includes a pool, long trails, a lovely pond, a large disc golf course, and a skate park! This smaller complex tends to be quiet in the evenings and offers a slower pace place to hide away. We have both a 1 and a 2 bedroom units available; $795-$925. Water and trash are included, all that is leaves is electricity. We would be happy to set a viewing. Please call or text to set a time. We do require a background/credit check ($35/adult). We like to see a score of 580, but can definitely be flexible. No evictions or violent crimes. Deposit varies by credit, generally starts around $400. The pet fee is $175, and $175 refundable pet deposit, for a total of $350 per pet.
