Feel at home in this ground-floor, 2-bedroom studio-style suite, giving you access to sandy Bahia Beach and the full resort, just a few minutes' walk away. This fully equipped suite accommodates up to 4 guests and includes a kitchenette, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, fresh towels, and starter toiletries, and a smart TV with streaming apps. The kitchenette features a granite countertop, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and basic cookware. You'll also find a dining table for 4 with water views, closet space, a fan, storage for beach gear, an iron, a hair dryer, and extra linens. A pack-n-play can be provided for an additional fee of $150, subject to location and availability. Little Harbor is a relaxed resort community right on Tampa Bay. Everything in the resort is walkable. For exploring Tampa, Bradenton, or nearby dining, a car is recommended. Minutes from the beach, pool, gym (located in the clubhouse), BBQ grills, tennis, and playground. Two waterfront restaurants are within walking distance, and a fishing dock and marina are nearby. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Pets are not allowed, but ESA pets incur a fee of $80. Service animals are free. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM), the fee will be $200. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. Weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities, which are unpredictable and beyond our control. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or smart TV apps. If the pool fob is lost or not returned, a $75 replacement fee will be charged to guests. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. The community spa will be under repair through February 9. Because the property is right on the water, you may occasionally notice a natural sea smell. This is Florida, so the occasional pest is common. The patio light is managed by the building and stays on 24/7 and cannot be switched off from inside the unit.
