Entertainment options include a Smart TV with streaming apps and high-speed Wi-Fi. You'll also find closet space, a fan, storage for beach gear, a hair dryer, iron, and extra linens. Beach towels, chairs, and a cooler are provided so you can pack light. Enjoy resort amenities like two pools, a gym, tennis courts, a fishing dock, BBQ grills, cornhole, a playground, and a private beach. Bahia Beach is a quiet bayside retreat with restaurants, a marina, and coastal charm. Walk to the beach, pools, and dining. A car is recommended for exploring Tampa, St. Pete, or nearby beaches. Two waterfront restaurants are within walking distance, and a fishing dock and marina are nearby. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. If the pool fob is lost or not returned, a $75 replacement fee will be charged. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. The occasional pest is common in Florida, and while refunds are not issued for pests, assistance is always available if needed. Weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. Pets are not allowed, but ESA pets incur a pet fee of $80. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200.
