Our apartments have been completely upgraded, with premium vinyl flooring and plush carpeting throughout. You'll also have access to fully equipped kitchens that feature dishwashers and built-in microwaves. In addition, we have additional storage options available for rent, ensuring you have plenty of space to store all of your belongings. Forest Meadows is a pet-friendly community! With an additional monthly fee and a refundable pet deposit, we're happy to accommodate. A security deposit is required, with residents responsible for gas and electricity through Duke Energy, while water utilities are paid to SNS Management on an individual basis.
