For the HUD assisted townhomes, Rent and Security Deposit are based on 30% gross monthly income. For a HUD 1-bedroom, rent ranges from $0-904, and the security deposit ranges from $25-1,073. For a HUD 2-bedroom, rent ranges from $0-1,061, and the security deposit ranges from $25-1,263. For a HUD 3-bedroom, rent ranges from $0-1,306, and the security deposit ranges from $25-1,523. Rental Assistance for HUD units is available for all qualified applicants. For Market units, the rent for a 1-bedroom is $904 plus security deposit of $250, for a 2-bedroom rent is $1,061 plus security deposit of $350, and for a 3-bedroom rent is $1,306 plus security deposit of $450. Property-based Rental Assistance is not available for Tax Credit units; however, Section 8 vouchers are accepted for Market units.
