Hello! Due to a family emergency, I have to move out of my brand-new subleased apartment - seriously, I've only been there one month. I'm looking for someone to take over my part of the lease that runs until August 2016 with an option to renew. The apartment is located in Beacon Hill in the best of all Boston residential areas. It's super cute, quaint, and cozy, and the cobblestone streets and sidewalks are beautiful throwbacks to historical Boston. It has curb appeal to say the least. It's a one bedroom space in a three-bedroom apartment with a shared bath, kitchen, and living room (with a big screen cable TV!). There is a laundromat at the corner of the street, literally a 30-second walk from the apartment. Noteworthy details: - 2 minute walk to Red Line T, Charles MGH - Street parking with residential sticker and lots of parking garages in the area (I currently park at the Government Center garage, and there are other garages within walking distance) - Whole Foods, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Au Bon Pain, CVS, banks, restaurants, dry cleaners, delis, yoga studio, and gym are all a short easy walk away - Amenities are about $100 a month, split between three people (heat, cable/internet) - Landlord is off site, but incredibly easy to get ahold of via phone or email The roommates are 2 professional girls in their late 20s. They both work full-time while one attends school in the area as well. We're all busy, but we get along great, and we're all very respectful of each other's space and schedules. We're looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and gainfully employed. We'd prefer a young woman in her 20s or early 30s with similar values. Move in includes one month rent ($1100) and half of the lease fee ($75). That's it! I also will be selling my bed and window blinds, so there's an option to take those as well.
