I am looking for someone to rent my room in my 2 bedroom apartment in South Boston. The place is very centrally located, just a couple of blocks from the Broadway T stop and is very spacious, filled with natural light. The bedroom easily fits a queen size bed, dresser, nightstand, etc. and has a large closet and a window that fills the room with natural light. Roommate: 23 year old female professional, very wonderful, tidy, and respectful. The lease ends in September and ideally this would be an April 1 move-in date, but I'm happy to be flexible if the tenant needs to move in sooner. The ideal tenant would be a 20-something female professional.
