I am subletting my bedroom in a modern building in the Fenway neighborhood from June 1- August 31st. This is the larger room with incredible natural light brought by two large windows. There is also a full closet with substantial storage space. The remainder of the apartment is already furnished and well-maintained. I will be leaving my desk and kitchen table, so you are welcome to purchase these items as well!
About the Apartment:
2 bedroom/1.5 bathroom apartment with a full kitchen and living room. The building is within walking distance to the Kenmore and Fenway T-Stops on the Green Line, and the 55 bus stop will take you directly downtown. As mentioned, the apartment itself is in excellent condition. We're clean and do our dishes, and ask that the new roommate does the same.
You would be taking over the remainder of this lease, with the option to extend by re-signing for the next year on Sept. 1st.
Rent:
$1350 without utilities (which typically run ~$50/month).
