Rent is $600 a month with everything included such as: Pool Man twice a week, Gardener/Lawn Man once a week, Gas, Water and only $50 a month for electricity. I have a 12 x 12 bedroom available...you can use my furniture and curtains or your own whatever you prefer. Nice large mirrored closet with a good size window facing West and ceiling fan. I am a middle aged straight woman with all of the children grown and off to college or professionals. You may be as private as you like or join in the living room, kitchen, dining room or den for a glass of wine after work or soda pop. The other roommate is a professional Physical Therapist in her early 30's. My house is comfortable and homey... Deposit of $500 towards last months rent is required. No smoking or pets unless it is a fish or turtle like. Dining and lounging outside also. Please no children ..if you have a significant other please stay at his house for over nights.
