This is a Pet friendly environment and requires $150 Non-refundable deposit plus $20 per month per pet, with the exception of Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, and Pittbull Breeds. A $35 application fee is required for all persons 18yrs of age and older. All move in deposits are contingent on credit history and background check.
