Applicants must make three times the rent to qualify (combined income) and must have proof of income and a copy of their ID. Security deposit is determined by your credit score. A credit score of 700 or higher will require one month rent as deposit, between 600 and 699 is two months rent. Applicants with a credit score below 600 do not qualify. Pets are restricted to only non-aggressive breeds, must be below 20 pounds and are subject to a $40 monthly pet fee (per pet). All animals must be spayed or neutered and must have current vaccination and health records from a licensed veterinarian. In addition to the rent, tenants also pay $5 per month for pest control, $15 per month for trash service, as well as water/sewer and garbage service reimbursement based on the size of the apartments.
