Please take the time to read the full description and requirements to move in before inquiring about scheduling a visit. :) 1 bedroom available in a 3 bedroom apartment located in Brighton just one minute away from the B line starting on April 1st but we are flexible with the move in date (hopefully no later than mid April). The kitchen was completely renovated 1.5 years ago. The bathroom includes a shower and a bath. Spacious living room and long hallways for more privacy. Parking is mostly residential but you can rent a spot for $150 per month if interested. Utilities are $30-$50 (colder months) per month per person and heat is included! Laundry is in the building and its card operated. The apartment is on the first floor. We are looking for a student and/or professional that is friendly and mindful about keeping the common areas clean. We are very easy going and you will usually find us making dinner so I would say that the main traffic in the house occurs between 7pm-9pm and some weekends. We are currently three people. One 24 yr old male that works as a teaching assistant and recently moved in with his cute dog which is very quiet, 1 29 yr female grad student and part time worker at a media publication and my boyfriend a 28 yr old male professional. We occasionally enjoy conversation, cooking together, watching a movie etc but since our schedules are very demanding we are looking forward to keeping a quiet and relaxed environment. The apartment happens to be in a perfect location. You can catch a bus that takes you directly to Cambridge (Harvard Sq - MIT - Central Sq). The building is literally a 5 minute drive to Brookline and Allston. Access to tons of grocery stores (Whole Foods, Bfresh, Star Market and Trader Joe's!) restaurants, coffee shops and music venues. However, the main building is located in a quiet residential area off Commonwealth Avenue. Your room will be freshly painted and unfurnished upon moving in. :) Landlord is asking for first and last in order to move in and all the paperwork would be handled by him directly.
