Employment verification for the last year of employment. To support the application you may provide proof of financials by emailing us 3 check stubs and/or 3 bank statements. Tenant(s) pay for gas, water and electric. We only hold properties for 10 days for approved applicant(s) with the lease signed and security deposit paid.
