I have 2 rooms available in a beautiful home in Aurora! *Available March 1st. I have a 4 bedroom house in Aurora and would like to find two new roommates. There is one room in the basement and one on the second floor available. Everyone has their own bathroom and essentially their own floor to themselves. Rent is $850.00 and utilities are split evenly between everyone. (~$120 per month). I am looking for a year lease, but am open to negotiation. There is currently one cat living here and she is not friendly with other cats. She does not go in the basement or upstairs, so she will not be in those areas if you are allergic. I also have a large dog who is a little over a year old. I prefer no more pets, but can be flexible if you are the right fit. I'm a young professional that works a hybrid schedule, half in the office and half from home. I are pretty quiet during the week, but like to have friends and family over. The kitchen, main living room, upstairs living room, laundry room, backyard, and garage are all shared spaces and you'll often find us hanging out here or in the yard enjoying the beautiful space and garden. There is a guest room in the basement as well. I have a great gardening space and a koi pond in the backyard. I am looking for someone in their 20s or 30s, professional, looking for a wonderful home and fun space to live. Deposit and rent are due upon move-in.
