Price of rent is based on a 12 month lease but increases to 750$ per month for leases of 1 year. The Application fee and background check is 55$ per adult but if a lease is signed and executed will be taken off the 2nd months rent. Rent and deposits are due before move in and we do prorate rent for move in at partial month. Rent is due monthly but can split payment every 2 weeks if easier.
