To secure the lease, we require first and last month's rent along with a $900 deposit, totaling $2900. We can hold the unit for up to 2 weeks with the deposit, at which time the remainder would be due and keys would be given. Deposit is non refundable if remainder is not paid in 2 weeks or if you choose not to move in. Must be able to pass background check and meet income guidelines. Thank you for your cooperation.
