I am a 25y/o male grad student looking to share my space with a responsible roommate. I do not do drugs smoke or drink. I'm agnostic and have no animals, nor any kids. I do have other roommates. I am opened to all backgrounds, but I get up early so you cannot disturb my sleep or general schedule. I am ususally out most of the day during the week, I work at a hospital. I am willing to discount the rent in exchange for cooking or cleaning as I have a very busy schedule. you will have your own space to park, but I prefer those with smaller vehicles to conserve space. the room comes with a shared bathroom. I am looking for someone who does not do drugs, smoke or drink and is relatively clean. no animals you have to be able to get along with my other roommates. all utilities and internet are included
