The requirements for approval are: - A 595 minimum credit score, and no prior bankruptcies in the last 10 years. - Clear background check with no prior felonies in the last 10 years. - Two landlords need to be provided to verify rental history, if applicable, and they cannot be relatives. - Employment verification for the last year of employment. To support the application, you may provide proof of financials by emailing us 3 check stubs and/or 3 bank statements. Tenant(s) are responsible for gas, water and electric. We only hold properties for 10 days for approved applicant(s) with the lease signed and security deposit paid.
